The fragmented system led to miscommunications, missed orders, and countless hours wasted on manual data entry. With operations expanding across Canada and the U.S., Shiny needed a digital solution that could match the scale and sophistication of their business.

To streamline their operations, we focused on three key areas: E-Commerce Accessibility by building a secure, e-commerce-style website accessible only to pre-approved retail partners; Operational Efficiency by centralizing order management to reduce reliance on manual processes; and Multi-Currency Functionality to cater to their diverse market across Canada and the USA.

We designed and developed a high-performance wholesale ordering platform with a Private E-Commerce Portal where only registered retail partners can access the site, ensuring exclusivity and ease of ordering.

We implemented Optimized Product Discovery so retailers can quickly find trending and high-demand products through intuitive navigation and filtering options. We also added Integrated Multi-Currency Display where prices are dynamically displayed in either CAD or USD, depending on the user's location.
