Shiny Jewellers managed wholesale orders by phone, in person, and email. We replaced all of it with a private ordering platform. The operational overhead dropped so significantly that they had the bandwidth to expand into the United States.
Shiny Jewellers is one of Canada's largest jewellery wholesalers. Their sales team spent their days processing orders instead of growing accounts. Every order came in by phone, email, or during in-person visits, and each one required manual entry, back-and-forth confirmation, and follow-up. The process worked when they were small. It was strangling them at scale.
They didn't need more salespeople. They needed to stop using salespeople as order processors.

We built a private, login-only ordering platform. No public-facing storefront. Only pre-approved retail partners get access. The goal was simple: move every order out of email, off the phone, and into a system that doesn't need a human to process it.
We also redesigned how products are presented. New arrivals, promotions, and high-margin items get visibility in the platform — the same way a rep would steer a buyer during an in-person visit, except it happens at scale, around the clock.
