Meet buyers while they search.

Paid search places your business in front of people looking for a product or service you offer. You pay when someone clicks the ad.

We build the plan around your collections, locations and the right next step: an online purchase, a question or a showroom appointment. Campaigns, landing pages and reporting work toward that same goal.

Search with a clear next step.

Our study of 20,946 ads across 99 luxury retailers found 84% running paid advertising, with only half running Google and Meta together. We use that category context to ask better questions about your account.

Meet the buyer with the right next step.

A high-value purchase may start with a question or an appointment. We connect search intent, the landing page and the follow-up to the way your store sells.

  • Search by brand, product and place Match keywords, ad copy and landing pages to the searches that matter to your store. Separate audiences and priorities so each campaign has a clear job.
  • Shopping built from your inventory Prepare product titles, images, prices and availability for relevant Google placements. Keep the catalog focused on what customers can actually buy.
  • Social that supports the search Use Meta to introduce collections and remind interested visitors about the pieces they explored. Review the role of social alongside search.
  • Eligible brand advertising funds Co-op budget regularly goes unclaimed because the paperwork never gets filed. Plan around supplied brand guidelines and reimbursement requirements while keeping your store visible.

How we build your search campaigns.

Weeks 1–3: review & connections

Review campaigns, product listings and how inquiries and purchases are recorded. Set up and test the agreed connections with your website and store systems.

Weeks 3–4: build & launch

Prepare campaigns by product, brand and service, with matched landing pages and negative keywords. Include supplied co-op requirements where relevant.

Months 2–3: learn & improve

Review search terms weekly, adjust bids and test creative. Assess the available inquiry and purchase data before recommending the next change.

Month 3 onward: review & grow

Review the recorded sales linked to campaign activity, explain gaps and decide where the evidence supports more investment.

Connect the click to the store.

A useful report includes what happens after someone leaves the website. These are the connections we plan around.

Count the purchase once.

Google and Meta may each report the same purchase. We compare their reporting with customer and register records so one transaction remains one sale.

What jewelers ask before they call.

How much do PPC ads cost for a luxury retailer?

We recommend a minimum of $5,000 per month in ad spend, so campaigns gather enough data to optimize, and most retailers we work with sit between that and $20,000. That figure is media only; management fees are quoted separately. Click costs vary widely by market, brand and search term, so we quote them from your own account data or a current forecast rather than a general benchmark.

How long before I see results?

Traffic can begin after the campaign is approved and launched. Understanding which activity leads to useful inquiries and purchases takes more time. Your budget, local competition and buying cycle shape the review schedule.

I tried Google Ads and it did not work. What would you do differently?

We hear this from a lot of the retailers who contact us. The most common problems: broad targeting that mixes a $500 buyer with a $10,000 buyer, all traffic sent to the homepage instead of a dedicated landing page, no negative keywords filtering out discount seekers, and no offline conversion tracking connecting clicks to store visits. We fix the infrastructure first, then restructure campaigns around your actual product lines.

Can you audit my current PPC account?

Yes. We review account structure, keyword strategy, negative keywords, landing page alignment, tracking setup, co-op utilization, and search terms reports. You get a written audit with specific findings and recommendations, whether you work with us or not.

What is offline conversion tracking?

When someone clicks your Google Ad, calls your store, and buys a $12,000 product in person, that sale needs to flow back to Google. Offline conversion tracking connects the ad click to the in-store purchase. The algorithm learns which clicks lead to real revenue, not just website visits. Without it, the platform optimizes toward website activity and never sees the sale.

How do you handle co-op advertising?

We structure campaigns so co-op eligible ads run alongside your own store-level campaigns. The co-op layer uses brand-approved creative and targets brand awareness. Your layer runs your own messaging, your differentiators, your store experience. Both run simultaneously with separate budgets and separate reporting. We also help with co-op submission paperwork.

What does your monthly reporting look like?

Your report shows revenue generated, not impressions. Specific campaigns tied to specific phone calls, form submissions, and in-store sales. We show you which keywords, which ads, and which audiences produced the highest-value customers. If we cannot tie a campaign to revenue, we tell you that too.

Your ads should pay for themselves. Let's make sure they do.
