Jewelry Advertising: Tracked to the Register

Paid media built for high-ticket, considered purchases and the co-op and authorized-dealer rules you sell under. We run Google, Meta, Pinterest, and Performance Max for the way jewelry and watches actually sell, then wire the tracking to count the showroom sale that closes six weeks later, not just the online checkout.

For jewelry and watch retailers with physical locations, ecommerce stores, or both.

Why most ad accounts undercount your best sales

Here's what happens on a normal jewelry or watch account. Someone sees your ad in March. They come in for a viewing in April. They bring their spouse in May. In June they buy a $14,000 ring at the counter, in cash or on a finance plan you set up at the desk. The ad platform sees one click in March and a checkout that never happened. So it learns that ad "didn't work," starves it of budget, and quietly pushes spend toward the cheap impulse buys instead of the pieces that actually pay your rent.

A generalist runs your account like a t-shirt store. We don't, because we know where the money really lands.

What we actually account for:

  • Long, multi-touch buying cycles. A considered purchase takes weeks and three visits, not one session. We set conversion windows, bidding, and reporting to match a real jewelry timeline, so the platform stops judging a six-week sale by a same-day rule.
  • Performance Max for jewelry and watch catalogs. Done wrong, PMax floods your budget into the cheapest SKUs and broad junk placements. We structure feeds, asset groups, and exclusions around your high-ticket lines and the brands you carry, so the algorithm chases margin, not volume.
  • Co-op and MAP compliance, built into the ads. If you're an authorized dealer for Omega, Rolex, Messika, or Chopard, your ads have to live inside brand rules: minimum advertised price, approved imagery, where the brand name can and can't appear. We build campaigns that stay compliant and still claim the co-op dollars you're owed, instead of leaving that money on the table.
  • Offline-conversion import for foot traffic. This is the part that changes everything. When a lead from an ad closes in the showroom, we push that sale back into Google and Meta as a real conversion, tied to the click that started it. The platform finally optimizes toward the campaigns that fill your appointment book, not just the ones that move a $200 add-on online.
  • Local inventory ads. Someone three miles away searches a model you have in the case right now. We surface your real, in-stock inventory in the search and Maps results, with the price and the "in store" signal, so the buyer who's ready today walks to your door instead of a marketplace.
  • Allocated and waitlist watch demand. You can't "sell more" of a watch you can't get. For allocated pieces, we don't burn budget chasing transactions that can't happen. We build the waitlist, capture the serious buyer, and feed your relationship pipeline, so when allocation comes in, you already know who's buying.

How We Approach Paid Advertising

Built for Products That Cost More Than a Car

When the product costs $5,000 to $500,000, the ad strategy changes completely. Longer research cycles, multi-touch attribution, brand compliance restrictions, and buyers who visit 4-7 times before purchasing. We built our entire paid advertising practice around this reality.

Offline Conversion Tracking — Register to Ad Click

Most jewelry and watch sales happen in person. Our attribution platform connects your POS transactions back to the original ad click, even when the buyer researched for 6 weeks across devices. Server-side tracking, CRM integration, and call tracking with dynamic number insertion. Real revenue, not platform-reported conversions.

Creative Built for $5,000+ Purchase Decisions

Nobody impulse-buys a $15,000 product from a carousel ad. High-ticket creative needs to build trust, demonstrate craftsmanship, and give the buyer permission to take the next step. We produce ad creative that matches what is in your cases, not stock imagery that screams 'agency template.'

The 6-Week Research Arc, Not the Impulse Buy

Your customer sees the ad in week one, visits your site three times, walks into your store, comes back with their partner, then buys. Standard retargeting windows expire before they convert. We build campaign structures that stay in front of high-intent buyers across the full research timeline.

Multi-Location, One Strategy

If you have stores in three cities, you need three geo-targeted campaign sets with shared creative libraries and location-specific landing pages. Not three copies of the same campaign. We structure multi-location accounts so each store gets its own budget, its own reporting, and its own conversion tracking.

Step 01

Your POS Data Trains the Ad Platforms

We integrate your point-of-sale system and CRM with Google and Meta so the ad platforms learn from actual purchases, not just website clicks. When Google knows that a $22,000 sale came from a specific keyword, it optimizes toward more of those buyers. Without this data, the algorithm optimizes for tire-kickers who browse and leave.

How this works for jewelers:

  • Offline conversion imports from your POS teach Google which clicks produce revenue.
  • Customer match audiences built from real buyers, not website visitors who bounced.
  • Platform bidding shifts toward high-LTV buyer profiles over time.

Step 02

Creative That Matches What Is in the Case

Your product photographs at $15,000 retail. The ad creative should reflect that. We produce and test ad creative using your actual inventory, shot in your store or on your bench. Product-specific ads for high-margin pieces. Lifestyle creative that reflects how your customers actually dress, live, and shop.

How this works for jewelers:

  • Product-specific campaigns for pieces you want to move, not generic brand awareness.
  • Creative refreshed seasonally around engagement season, holiday, and new collection launches.
  • Brand co-op compliant creative that meets manufacturer guidelines and qualifies for reimbursement.

Step 03

Weekly Optimization Against Revenue, Not Clicks

We do not wait for a monthly report to tell you what is working. Campaign performance is reviewed against actual revenue weekly. When a campaign produces clicks but no calls or store visits, we cut it. When a keyword drives $50,000 in attributable sales, we scale it the same week.

How this works for jewelers:

  • Revenue-weighted bidding: campaigns that produce sales get more budget automatically.
  • Underperformers are paused within days, not discovered in a quarterly review.
  • Seasonal budget shifting for engagement season (Oct-Feb) and holiday without waiting for a meeting.

Step 04

Scale the Winners. Kill the Rest. No Quarterly Reviews.

Jewelry ad budgets are not unlimited. Every dollar on a losing campaign is a dollar not spent on the campaign producing $8 back. We run tight feedback loops between spend and revenue so scaling decisions happen in real time, not at the end of a quarter when the budget is already spent.

How this works for jewelers:

  • Geo-expansion into adjacent cities once a metro is profitable, not before.
  • New channel testing (Pinterest, programmatic, CTV) funded by reallocating from underperformers.
  • Budget increases recommended only when the data supports it, never on a schedule.

If you cannot trace the ad to the register, you are guessing. We do not guess.

Server-side tracking, POS integration, call tracking, CRM matching. Every dollar accounted for.

The Evidence

Your Campaigns Start From Evidence, Not a Generic Playbook

We've studied this category harder than anyone advertising to it. Your plan starts from what already works in jewelry and watch retail, not a template lifted off another industry.
