Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy for H&CO. Learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Introduction

Last updated: September 15, 2026

H and Co Agency Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access our website.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, request a quote or consultation, or communicate with us via email or phone. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other information you choose to provide.

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited and time spent on pages, referring website addresses, and device information.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Essential cookies keep the website working. Beyond those, measurement is on by default and you can turn it off at any time. We do not show a consent gate, because the law that applies to our visitors gives you the right to opt out rather than requiring you to opt in.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags. It records page views and interactions such as starting or submitting a form, and sends them to Matomo, which we host ourselves at analytics.hcoapp.com, and to Google Analytics 4. We also use Happierleads, which estimates the company a business visitor is browsing from. We do not use it to identify you personally.

To turn any of this off, use the "Your privacy choices" control that appears on every page. Your choice is stored in your own browser, so you will need to set it again on another browser or device. Opting out stops further collection; it does not delete measurements already recorded. Contacting us through the inquiry form works whether or not you opt out.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of marketing and visitor identification automatically, with no action needed from you.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide customer support, send marketing communications (with your consent), improve our website and services, analyze usage patterns and trends, protect against fraudulent or illegal activity, and comply with legal obligations.

Information Sharing

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

We may share information with advertising networks to deliver targeted advertisements. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request.

The providers we currently rely on are Vercel, which hosts the website; Resend, which delivers inquiry form submissions to us by email; Zoho Campaigns, which manages newsletter subscriptions; and the measurement and visitor-identification providers named above, which receive data only in the categories you have allowed.

Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of the sale of your information, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

All users may opt out of marketing emails, request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of information.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California law treats some of the measurement and visitor-identification activity described above as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out using the "Your privacy choices" control on any page, or by sending us the request at the address in Contact Us. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
